We will also ask you for information when you agree to be contacted about panel discussions or focus groups. We also collect information when you choose to respond to market surveys or questionnaires on the website. If this information will be provided to a third party, or is requested on behalf of a third party, this will be disclosed and the third party will be identified before you are asked to provide any information.

If you give us permission when you complete your JobRx.com personal profile, we use the information you provide in order to direct to you the type of information we think you are most likely to be interested in; for example, information of particular relevance to your pharmacy specialty.

We also use the information you provide us in your profile to analyze use of our website and services and to make changes to both the design and content of the site in order to provide better service. We also may compile non-identifiable information about you and other users of JobRx.com ("aggregate information") and provide this information to third parties for market analysis and other purposes. For example, we might inform third parties about the number or percent of our users who practice in a particular pharmacy setting, who have management responsibilities, or who reside in certain geographic areas.

Identifiable information also may be provided to third parties in order to comply with legal requirements, including search warrants, court orders, and government audits.

We may provide on our site links to related sites maintained by third parties. Please be aware that if you link to another third-party site from the JobRx website, such sites are not subject to the JobRx Privacy Policy and JobRx  has no control over the use of information disclosed on such sites.
