Job Description Work Schedule: 100% FTE, day shift. Typically Monday - Friday between the hours of 6:30 am - 5:00 pm. We are seeking a Clinical Nuclear Pharmacist to:
At UW Health, you will have:
Education: Minimum - Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a PharmD degree Preferred - Pharmacy degree with Nuclear Pharmacy education or training Work Experience: Minimum -One year of clinical patient care and orders management experience Preferred - Authorized Nuclear Pharmacist on an active Radioactive Materials license Licenses and Certifications: Minimum - Licensed to practice pharmacy in the State of Wisconsin or able to obtain within 90 days of hire date. Preferred -Board Certified in Nuclear Pharmacy through the Board of Pharmaceutical Specialties, or willing to obtain within 2 years of start of employment.
