OVERVIEW The Order Entry Technician is responsible for entering prescriptions and refills into the pharmacy system with both speed and accuracy. Technicians must be responsive and courteous when addressing our customer's needs. Successful Technicians are dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers; understanding customer information and using it to improve the products and services we deliver. HOLIDAY & PTO POLICY We provide qualifying full-time employees with 23 PTO (Paid Time Off) days annually. PTO is used for holidays, vacation, sick leave, and personal leave. Please note, because we are a pharmacy most of our locations are open 24-hours a day, 7 days a week and therefore schedules may change as determined by the needs of the business.
