What You'll Do: As a Pharmacist/Store Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the operations of the retail dispensary and ensuring the efficient and compliant distribution of cannabis products to customers. You will be responsible for managing a team of retail and pharmacy professionals, maintaining a safe and inviting environment for guests, and adhering to all legal and regulatory requirements related to the sale of cannabis products. The Pharmacist/Store Manager is responsible for the growth and development of their team, driving revenue, and building out efficiencies. The Pharmacist/Store Manager represents Curaleaf as a brand ambassador by providing top notch customer service and educating guests on our products. In this role your responsibilities will include, inventory management, team building and training, along with delegating and leading effectively. You will be responsible for sharing contextual feedback with District Manager, Regional VP, and Cross-functional Partners. As the Pharmacist/Store Manager, you will oversee the store's P&L to proactively and strategically seeks ways to drive incremental revenue and increase efficiency. What You'll Bring:
